  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when you need that head-turning outfit by the weekend.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package starts its journey.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

COLOR, SIZING & FIT

Will the colors look exactly like they do on the screen? We shoot all our collections under professional studio lighting and natural sunlight to capture the truest "Hues" possible. However, slight variations may occur due to individual monitor settings and device displays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to love your color story. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your style journey, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of delivery.

What if an item arrives damaged? We hold our garments to a premium heritage standard. In the rare event that an item arrives with a defect, please email us at info@heirhues.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
